Will the discounts apply to future branded products?

The discounts of the first 3 hours of welcome and occasional or seasonal discounts (Black Friday, Christmas, Halloween and other festivities) only apply on the dates set for redemption so they can only be applied to products available at that time. On the other hand the discount you get for completing all the achievements can be redeemed at any time, so you can wait to redeem it to apply the juicy discount to the product of your choice.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 14 days to make a refund.please note that you must show proof of errors that your software is not working properly due to factory errors such as bugs that compromise hand detection or prevent you from enjoying the experience properly or proof that you have completely uninstalled the product you want to have a refund on and that includes the installer of the software.without such proof you will not be refunded for the software you purchased.to request a refund you have to write to us at neorisetechnologieslegal@gmail.com.see our policy for more information.

How to install our programs and their updates?

Run the installer to install the program or the update. In the case of an update, the old version will be replaced by the new one, but your previous settings will be preserved.

How to uninstall our programs?

Go to the shortcut, right-click it, and select Properties. There you will find a button to open the file location. Once opened, you will see the program folder and the uninstaller. Run the uninstaller to remove the program.
